If you can judge a house by its siding or where it sits, please drive by first. Many homes can be ruled out by taking this 10 minutes out of your schedule.
If you are not willing to do work to a house to make it your home – please tell me! Let me rule some out for you! We shouldn’t see a home that needs everything done to make it perfect for you. (Be prepared to do paint and obtain new flooring in most places).
Because I devote so much time to my clients, I can only commit to working with a small number of “hot” home buyers. If I can not help you at this time, it’s quite possible one of my team members (Tom or Sandy Shealy) can. Please note: I will not commit to working with more buyers than my schedule can handle. Only my best is good enough for me! (Hot=Physically looking, not just Internet surfing, at 3+ homes per week. Purchasing in next 3 months).
Now, if we are compatible and you decide to allow me to work for you; I will work for you! You will have the impression you are the only person in my schedule. I answer calls/emails right away that are from you, I will take you on the Tour of Chester County, Tour of Delaware County, and Tour of Montgomery County – all three- to find the house that is a match for you!
