I am a loan officer in the Seattle Home mortgage arena. So many times I see people who stretch it to the point, just to get into a home and end up compromising life. Huge mistake. Its better to own a home and be able to enjoy life, than to work for a mortgage payment. Buying a home is a great investment, making sure it fits their budget is key. I couldn’t agree more.
