What’s UP?
I’m excited to announce that things have been crazy in my world ! In such a good way 
It’s been planning central as I prepare for 2010 and to rock as many worlds as I can….
Here is a little summary for you….
- The Kim Wood Team has increased in big ways… John Lauber has joined Kim, Tom, and Sandy ! Stop by our team website and welcome John – let us know how we can help you with your real estate needs !
- Chester County Neighborhood sites are underway…. we aren’t going to do too many so that we can keep up with them. Hopefully we’ll find some contributors to help – are you one of them? Check out Chester Springs’ own Liongate and Exton’s Rhondda (still under construction) . Give us some feedback of what you think.
- I just returned from the annual Triple Play Real Estate conference in Atlantic City. It is always filled of wonderful information to help buyers and sellers along with increasing my knowledge to be a better real estate agent.
- I got a Droid. Silly information, I know… but if you know me, you know that I usually carried a smart phone, and the one I’ve had for a while wasn’t all that smart. This one works !
- And most importantly….. I’m so thankful for my health … my follow up surgery from the emergency in July was done the beginning of November, I’m quickly getting back to me again ! No more doctors/hospitals for me for a long, long time !!!!! I’ll be back on the pavement running in the next couple of weeks and I can’t wait… yes… in the cold, I will be running !
It’s going to be a great 2010 ! I can’t wait… come along with me
