    37 Homes with an average price of $294,000. The average days the property has been marketed for sale is 99.

    Listings sold from June 01, 2008- June 01, 2009:
    77 Homes with an average sold price of $292,000. The average days the property was marketed was 81.

    And to compare from last year – during the time June 01, 2007- June 01, 2008:
    There were 98 homes sold for an average price of $312,0000.
